Having a good client-contractor relationship during your project is vital. Following are several rules Steve adheres to that help establish and continue that relationship during your project:
An accurate time-line for the start and completion of the project is given.
A detailed written contract, spelling out all aspects of the project from design to materials used is mandatory. Great emphasis is placed on the pre-planning/design aspect with the client, and Steve believes that 100% of the project to be completed should be in the contract.
Once your project is started, we are there until it is completed!
Communication! Whether via in person, e-mail or telephone, your project manager will contact you on an almost daily basis to keep you informed of the project’s current status and upcoming events.
